We hope you love your unique, handmade item(s). Because each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging (or a secure, protective equivalent).
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Custom or personalized orders (items specifically made to your specifications).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return:

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
 
Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Other Returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or for other reasons, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to let you know that we have received your returned item(s) and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
